I’ve ventured into gluten free a few years ago so I could give my customers the best-tasting recipes. While I’m always looking for the best recipes to share with you, here are a few that I know that come highly recommended.

I made this cake a few years ago and it was very well received by my customer. I had to double the recipe because I wanted a taller cake. This cake is really light, moist and fluffy. I did use some sugar syrup, filled it with raspberry jam and buttercream

For those of you that love gluten-free with nuts this is a sure winning recipe. Comes with rave reviews and is perfect for anyone with a chocolate tooth. Light, moist and indulgent. Perfect dessert cake for any occasion especially Passover.
