Fall is here and so are the pumpkins. Why not celebrate the season of fall by making pretty pumpkin cakes to give as gifts or just to adorn the Thanksgiving dinner table this year? Here are some simple, easy, and wonderful carved pumpkin cake tutorials we found and think you will love.
Halloween is nearly here. So grocery stores, bakeries, and coffee shops are filled with pumpkin-flavored treats, Cupcakes, muffins, cakes, cookies, pies, and tarts.
Did you know the word 'pumpkin' came from the Greek word 'Pepon'? And did you know that Columbus carried pumpkin seeds with him to the US from Europe? Yes, while the pumpkin is the most popular in the fall during Halloween it is not originally from the United States.
If you look at a real pumpkin as you can see in the image above, it is not sectioned as much as some of the cake tutorials found online. So, while it may seem like a difficult cake it really is not.
